  • 6 virtual 1:1 coaching sessions per person over 90 days at 30 minutes each
  • 3 group virtual workshop sessions at 2 hours each, focused on:
    • Session/month 1: professional brand and presence and networking
    • Session/month 2: resume development and job search strategy
    • Session/month 3: interviewing skills and offer negotiation
  • 1 assessment/profile per person as applicable (DiSC, MBTI, TotalSDI)
  • Access to Lisa via email, text, or phone with regular check-ins and extra tools/templates and resources provided to participants throughout the program

Cost: $2,495 per person for organizations of up to 2,000 employees


Three-Month Early Retirement Outplacement Support Package

  • 6 virtual 1:1 coaching sessions per person over 90 days at 30 minutes each
  • 3 group virtual workshop sessions at 2 hours each, focused on:
    • Session/month 1: personal mission/vision/identity
    • Session/month 2: life considerations (housing, use of time, lifestyle)
    • Session/month 3: action plan with goals and potential activities for their daily lives
  • 1 assessment/profile per person as applicable (MBTI, TotalSDI, or values clarification)
  • Access to Lisa via email, text, or phone with regular check-ins and extra tools/templates and resources provided to participants throughout the program

Three-Month Retirement Transition Package

Intended for current, seasoned employees to support them with a graceful exit into retirement/what’s next for them beyond your organization. Great for when you need to create space at the top of your talent pipeline and provide an “off ramp” for long-term employees so they have something to move toward that they’re excited about, making this transition easier for all of you.

  • 3 virtual 1:1 coaching sessions per person over 90 days at 30 minutes each, emerging with a concrete action plan
  • Facilitation of 3 virtual group coaching sessions at 1 hour each as part of an employee affinity or peer support group, focused on their identity in this next phase of life, lifestyle considerations and choices, and topics raised as needed
  • 1 assessment/profile per person as applicable (MBTI, TotalSDI, or values clarification)
  • Access to Lisa via email, text, or phone with regular check-ins and extra tools/templates and resources provided to participants throughout the program
